Biography
Prior to joining Kienbaum Opperwall Hardy & Pelton in 2005, Ms. Hill Johnstone was an attorney for Ford Motor Company's Office of the General Counsel, where she had worked since 1984. While at Ford, Ms. Hill Johnstone handled virtually all aspects of employment matters, including managing employment litigation and defending EEOC claims. She provided legal advice for five national labor negotiations on such matters as health care and joint company/union programs. Ms. Hill Johnstone also has considerable experience with employment policies and procedures, investigations, and executive compensation.

Ms. Hill Johnstone's practice areas within the firm include equal employment matters and preventive counseling. Ms. Hill Johnstone received both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan.
