Biography
Ms. Alli has practiced in employment litigation and counseling for 21 years. Ms. Alli represents partnerships, corporations, educational institutions and health care providers in employment law and civil rights matters. A key aspect of Ms. Alli's practice is preventative counseling and training management on a wide range of EEO issues, such as sexual and racial harassment, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and complex wage and hour requirements under state and federal law, including collective actions under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
Ms. Alli has extensive experience in developing and implementing proactive company policies on these subjects and frequently lectures to management groups, professional associations, non-profit organizations, educational institutions and health care corporations. She has also published articles and given radio interviews across the country on various employment issues and management strategies to reduce exposure to employment-related claims.
Ms. Alli received her law degree from Wayne State University Law School magna cum laude in 1985, and was awarded the Order of the Coif. She graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University in 1981.
